Jeff Horn

Jeff Horn. The school teacher from Brisbane who became a boxing world champion.

With his unassuming personality and friendly disposition, it’s still hard for me to believe that Jeff can step into a ring and literally try and punch someone in the face. Many times. But after our chat I could his passion and determination to be the best.

This was an interesting chat because it’s the first person I’ve spoken to, who hasn’t quite retired. He’s not competing, he has no fights lined up, but hasn’t yet hung up the gloves for good. It was a fascinating insight into his thoughts around retirement and whether we still might see him in the ring!
